Mercator Digital, a leading UK digital consultancy, is thrilled to be named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CSS) Cloud Compute (CC2) framework (RM6292) for Lot 3, providing Public Cloud Computing services
The new CC2 agreement underscores the commitment of the UK public sector to transition away from legacy systems towards a more agile, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure. As a supplier on the CC2 framework, Mercator Digital is well positioned to support departments throughout central government, and both the UK public sector and third sector bodies, in achieving their digital modernisation objectives.
Marc Churchouse, CEO of Mercator Digital, said, “As a supplier on the CC2 framework, Mercator Digital is honoured to play our part in helping the UK public sector adopt cloud services - enhancing digital proficiency across the public sector, and providing access to more cost-effective and innovative services that will support a transformative shift away from legacy technology. We’re looking forward to working with our public sector clients and excited to see what we can achieve together.”
The three-year agreement allows Mercator Digital to provide a range of services under the framework, including: support and training for customers and end users around adoption, specific tools and service optimisation; as well as cloud auditing and consultancy around platform development and design, cloud strategy, service and application security, migration and service integration.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
