Details

This letter confirms the government’s decision to withdraw central government support (core funding) for Local Enterprise Partnerships from April 2024 and transfer their functions to local and combined authorities.

We have also published:

• a summary of the results of the LEP future funding and information gathering exercise

• guidance on the integration of LEP functions into local democratic institutions
